Don't ya wish it had been based purely on the game: ff7 as apposed to 20 yrs after the events? I do anyway!

If you mean the movie should have followed the original GAMES plot, then I strongly disagree. It would turn out like the game...just without us having to do anything. Advent Children isn't that far passed the story anyway.

I thought it had a good storyline. If it would've been based on the game it would've just been the game but you can't play it which I would see to be as a little pointless.
Oh BTW it's 2 years not 20 (that MAY have been a typo think) DOC is 1 year after this so DOC is 3 years after. Just so you know.
