1. Well actually I know a site that is www.gamejor.com, they sell almost all the stuff in runescape, not only Santa hat, but also god armors, barrows, mystic sets and so many other nice items, you will be surprised when you get in there, it is a good place for you to go, I have already shopped times there BTW. : )
2. a site called gamejor can help you, it got all the RS items for sale, and leveling items packs, quest item packs too, it do help a lot when I train my skills and do the quest. Hope you enjoy it! Have fun!
