Halo Map Tools Problems

I have a problem trying to instal either Halo Map Tools v3.5 or Halo Hacking Tols, both do the same thing that I want, which is to just edit the projectiles form the guns. I have a screenie from the Halo Hacking Tools not wanting to install, and it is a .zip folder while the Map Tools is a Win Rar file. Please send me your help as I would like to edit this one simple thing just to have fun with it.
NVM I found out the problem.
