Method 1:
Kind of old and sort of over used now, tough to get this to work (depends on the customer service Mod/Agent that helps you, Mod Williams is a bitch)
1. Find a phone number that has bought a pin before, the more recent the better.
2. Make up a story about how you didn't write the pin down when ordering a pbp pin like so:
Include everything the pic includes. The more you fabricate the story the better, is also better if you say you are a parent of the kid using the account, they are scared of parents tbqh.
Method 2:
"Hello,
I recently purchased a new PreePaid Runescape Membership card from Target Yesterday for my son.
As I was scratching the silver covering which covers the pin number off with a knife, the pin
number was scratched of along with the silver covering. This was obviously my mistake and I am
wondering if there is a way you can redeem the pin for me?
Receipt # - 2-8241-1757-0076-1326-4

I'd say this one has a little better success now just because I really haven't told too many people about it.
My ip is like flagged now so any message i send to them just get's disregarded, I've sent in way too many messages the past couple months. Also had a script to send in mass amounts of recovery requests for accounts which ended up screwing me over with any chance of getting real customer service help, so that's why i haven't even tried method 2 or have a pic of it working etc.
