1.0 - Introduction
Hello, this is Gold Wulf 10, and I'm here to show you a fast way to get farming up. Tired of waiting 35 minutes, 65 minutes, all for some herbs or watermelons to grow? I have the answer.
You are going to be planting Bagged Plants/Trees in your house's garden.
Note - This is NOT cheap experience. It is VERY costly, but gives you extremely fast farming experience. Here are the prices related to experience:
2k gp - 44 exp
5k gp - 70 exp
10k gp - 100 exp
15k gp - 122 exp
20k gp - 141 exp
50k gp - 223 exp

2.0 - Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1000k(1 million gp)
A house
Watering Can
Recommended Requirements:
Lunar Diplomacy
3000k(3 million gp)
House Teletabs
A Cook or higher
High enough magic for Humidify
12+ construction

3.0 - Inventory
Cash - Required to pay servants
Watering Can - Required to plant the trees
Astrals, Fires, and Waters - Used for humidify
Bagged Plants(noted) - Used on your servant to un-note them when you're out
Bagged Plants - Used to get the experience
Alternatives:
Not much to update here, you can take house teletabs and varrock teletabs if you don't have a servant, so you can bank pretty efficiently.
Also, you can choose to build a sink in one room of your house and use that instead of humidify. i find humidify to be faster.

4.0 - Procedure
1. (optional) Go to Moonclan Isle, and change your spellbook to Lunar Magicks.
2. Teleport to your house, with preferred inventory.
3. In your garden, unplant any trees or small/large plants you have.
4. Right click the see-through tree or small/large plant spots.
5. Click Build Big Tree Space, or what your spot says. (for example, Build Small Plant Space)
6. Click on the picture of the plant you wish to plant.
7. Once planted, right click the tree, and click remove whatever plant you had. In this case, Maple Tree.
8. Click Yes, when it asks you if you really want to remove it.
9. Repeat until out of water/bags.
Out of Water(Lunar Magicks)
1)Click Humidify, and it fills up your watering can to (8)
Out of Water(sink in your house)
1) Walk into the kitchen, where you built your sink, and use the watering can on your sink.
Out of Bags
1) click the noted bagged plants
2) use the bagged plants on your cook/butler/demon butler
3) tell him yes, and type in however many he can accept, or however many you can fit in your inventory.

b]Bagged Plant 1 - 1k - 31 exp - 18k exp per hour
Bagged Plant 2/ Bagged Oak - 5k - 70 exp - 41k exp per hour
Bagged Plant 3/Bagged Willow - 10k - 100 exp - 60k exp per hour
Bagged Maple - 15k - 122 exp - 72k exp per hour
Bagged Yew - 20k - 141 exp - 84k exp per hour
Bagged Magic - 50k - 223 exp - 132k exp per hour
So, if you're concerned about money, Bagged Plant 1 is your best bet. However, it takes about 4 times as long as bagged Maples do, yet it only costs 1/15th the price. It's up to you.

6.0 - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much exp per hour do you get?
» A:It took me 2 minutes 15 seconds to do one load of plants, and get them back. This makes you able to do around 27 loads per hour. Using maples, that equals roughly 72k farming experience per hour.

7.0 - Tips, and Tricks
1)When your servant comes back, and tells you he has your stuff, DONT click "click here to continue" if he's standing next to you, and you just click to build a tree, he doesn't wander around. This helps speed it up, as it's very annoying to have to find your butler if he gets out of your house.
2) Plant in your patches while doing this. Why waste valuble time? Maximize your exp by going around, to all 4 allotments and planting herbs, flowers, allotments, etc. After about an hour or two, go aroudn and harvest, plant more. This will get you the normal exp you would get, plus the exp from Bagged Plants.
