Internet block question.

So i work for the local recreation commission, and three nights out of the week, i have to unlock an elementary school gym so the youth basketball teams can practice. This leaves me with 2-3 hours to do whatever i want within the confines of the school internet. Now i'm getting a new laptop in january which will allow me to have much more FREEdom, but until then I am stuck using a school laptop. What i am wanting to do is find a way to play rs during this FREE time. I know a really good proxy but for some reason as soon as the game starts to load, the blocked site screen comes up again, even when i am using my proxy. Anyone have any ideas as to what i can try until i get my new computer?
