Runecrafting making money fast?	Can't Post

I heard about "air running" or something. basically what you do is get 25 rune essence and a air talisman or tiara and a coupla K and you go to the air altar in channel 16 i think. then you trade the people in there who are the crafters you can identify them by their blue or black capes then they give you 25 air runes or 25 rune essence (noted) and 25 air runes or 1-2k and 25 air runes and 25 rune essence (noted)etc...etc...etc
is this actually true?
