Havnt played AOC but I'll compare it to wow based on what I've heard of it:
Graphics-wise aoc owns wow, probably a bit better than guildwars.. but then again, we've played RS for years so I dont think we care about graphics do we?
Quests are better, lets face it, wow quests are crap, AoC quests seem to be more unique, with actual adventures.
As for gameplay and fighting, seems a bit awkward based on the videos I've seen, as if your playing wow with no mouse (eww) But then again that could just be because of noobs playing? /shrug.
Armour looks crappy.
Anyway, AOC is just another copy of wow, like Silkroad online, Lineage 2, Everquest 2, Warhammer online, Guild Wars, etc. The videos I've watched are so slow paced compared to wow, its very depressing to watch.. just makes me shiver.. *logs on wow* ahhh thats better.

[Expletive Deleted]ty looking piece of crap, and apparently this is "good looking" armour in AoC.. Lets compare this with a basic armour in wow sayyy oohhh i dunno, tier 5 warrior:
