Yeah, r2h hits higher, but you can't use a shield with it. A battle axe hits pretty high, but you can use a shield with it. I would go with the battle axe.

well i was just thinkin about it because, when i had my level 69 account, i went into the wildy and this level 62 guy with a rune 2 hander was attacking me and hitting 15-20! and i was only hittin 12-14 and then i sold that account and bought a level 53 account, and now im thinkin of havin lots of str and a R2H

That was because had high strength. Probably in the 65 range.

Scimmy- use on armor for most affectivness

Battle axe- Use on rangers for most affectivness

R2H- Use on little to no armor for best effect

Rune long- Average weapon

i experminted a lot while pking and i found this.

Technically, a scimmy hits higher than a 2h. Ok, scimmy hits twice for 1 2h hit... So say you do a 17 and a 10.. 27.. As opposed to a 22 with the 2h... plus you have a shield... so scim > 2h

with just ammy of str they hit the same with poer ammy also but glory its better for 2h and mabe go with 2h.

I prefer Rune Baxe cus it hits v. high and faster than a R2h + you can use a shield.
