PvP honor will work the same in PvE servers. If I'm right, it'll also work the same in RP servers.

BG's and being flagged for PvP will work on any server, I believe...

Yea. It will still work. The only Difference from PvP and PvE is that in PvE you ask the other if they want to fight.
