61 (PvE/PvP) Pros: Everything Frost. Cons: What's the friggin' POINT? Well, let's see... High damage for low mana cost. With Frost's damage+crit increases and mana cost reduction, you can do the most damage with the least amount of mana used. FREE pet! Yeah, he's only there for 45 seconds every 3 minutes, but that's like, adding an extra Frost Nova and another 150 DPS, roughly. He's also there to soak up damage to a small extent in the worst case scenario. Limited Invulnerability. For about 300 mana, you can soak up a little over 1k damage. Too bad it doesn't shake off side effects, like slowdown, stun, etc. Not many people have frost protection. The only people with inherit frost protection are Dwarves. Blood Elves have universal MR, but to a very small extent that really doesn't matter much at level 70. Double crit damage! Enough said on that... Lovely side effects: Not only do you do damage, but you'll slow them down quite a bit and can even stop them cold (no pun intended) until the next hit (or until your target uses a root-away effect), which will probably deal double damage due to a +50% chance of critting. Ice Armor takes frost effects. That means that they'll be slowed considerably and even has a chance of being rooted when they hit at you. My pen broke... WRITTEN IN PENCIL! You can be handy in raids and instances - I've done this. DPS ain't too high, but that's okay, since you don't wanna outaggro the tanks.
