What Race\class? ~updated~	Can't Post

I am getting my comp upgraded soon, and im gonna buy WoW, im wondering what race\class should i choose for a newb, oh btw im gonna be Alliance.

ok i have decided to be gnome but im still deciding between warrior or rogue
my proffesions are going to be mining and enginering.

Edit: ok after some seriours persuasion frm my friends at school the have turned me into a Horde lover, so im not gonna be Alliance and i have decided to make a Troll Hunter.

Gnome Warrior. They look l33t, and while in PvP you can run around and hide easily.

Try warrior for your first class for it is the easiest to play. I recomend you do either a Orc/Tauren Warrior or a Dwarf/Gnome Warrior.

Gnome Rogue = Movement Trap release
Undead Rogue/Warrior = Will of the Forsaken
Night Elf Rogue = Shadowmeld = More Stealth
Tauren Warrior = STOMP! STOMP! STOMP!!!
Dwarf Warrior = Ice Resist and Stoneform

Night Elf Rogue = Shadowmeld = More Stealth

that makes no sense. You cant walk while shadowmelded, and any rogue that wants the shadowmeld effect can just stealth

i think Warrior for begin would be best, but when you know play
Well and ''survive'' well, Try rogue,It die super fast, but you get a caster in 2 hit
And if you critic well, 1hit!!! (ya, that happen to my rogue,(ambush))
Domage are Great And skill to evade to.

Ew, the best rogues are human rogues.

The best starting class is druid because you l earn all the aspects of all the classes but the most simple is hunter.

There are those certain tmies when you need 2 seconds to hide and your stealth is still on a cooldown.

I am but 1 person. What can 1 person achieve? I am going to find out.

From what I understand, Shadowmeld increases your stealth (I think passively). However, since I haven't played a NE Rogue yet, this is just speculation and going off what people in the Alliance section tells me (Which, honestly, seeing most of the alliance players in the game, isn't worth crap to me...).

So I could be dead wrong about that.

Nah it is just a second stealth, it's good if you don't have rapid concealment, but I would rather have the perception.

Any ones you want. They are all good. Obviously with blacksmithing you can make armor, but most people would go with mining to get the stuff for FREE, otherwise its exspensive to level. I recomend you do skinning and mining. Rugged leather and thorium bars go for a nice price, and its a simple process; just grind beasts and skin them, and just look for ores on your minimap.

oh, ok i haven't played the game much before i have seen my friend play on his Tauren Shahman but i think skinning is cool what beasts can you skin? and where do you learn?

Skinning Trainers will teach you how to skin and Leatherworking Supplies and Trade Goods merchants will sell you the skinning knives needed to do the work.

You'll find skinning trainers in all capital cities. Night Elf and Tauren villages usually have skinning and/or Leatherworking merchants and trainers as well, due to the supposed tie-in with nature they have.

Usually Beasts and Critters are skinnable. All you have to do is just kill them and right click on them after you looted them. There should be the word "Skinnable" under the creature's name after looting 'em.
