-If you want us to stop your order permanently in the middle way by no reason, we will not refund you the remaining money. And if we finish your order ahead of schedule, we will not refund you the money either, for it's a business basises on equality and mutual benefits.
-Considering provided your account got suspended/ban by accident during the serivce, you have the duty to find your account back. It's certainly that you can get it back at your insistence. We will offer you some assistance referring how to get it back. We can continue to level for you to the level you ordered to immediately after you get your account back and transfer it into a clean account or we will refund you the remaining money if you stop the service.
-We will compensate you under the following circumstances when we didn't finish your order on time, your gold or items lost because of us, or you don't get what we promised to you.
