hello i have an Xbox i just got from a friend. he said it has a problem with it. what i did was when i first pluged it in i turned it on and put a cd in it and closed it. when i did i heard it turn than stop than turn again. than the light would blink red. when its hooked up to a tv it says your Xbox requires service please call your Xbox customer center and while it shows that on the tv the light is blinking red. i would hate to have to pay a fortune to bring it in and have it fixed . is there anybody out there who cant tell me how i can fix this?
