NES Can't Post
me and my friend were searching in his attic and we found thousands of cool things then we found what we were loooking for the NES but we set it up right and the power button light blicks on and off so we can't get it to start any ideas whats wrong with it

the blinking red light has nothing to do with the power, the light blinks when the game fails to load correctly. This always happened to old Nes systems. Try putting the game in only partway so it rubs the front of thesystem when you push it down, this sometimes gets the GAMES to work.

Thank god at least on person knew what they were talking about.

The problem is caused in the old stytle NES (Frontloader) and what you will find is that by inserting the game you are in fact bending the connector on the NES its self. Naturally the softer you press in the game, the longer it will last ;)

You can buy replacement connectors, just search for them on the internet.

if it is he NES that is a open slot one, then that happens with all NES, wut u do is press restart adn jiggle he cartidge at the saem time while its i nthere, wil ltake a while but it will work.



My cousin has a NES that looks freakign brand new, it never does not work.
