Using PS2 controller for PC Can't Post

Could anyone guide me how to go about to get my PS2 controller functional with my PC?

I know an xbox controller works with PC [USB] but I wanted to use a PS2 controller that I already have.

Thanks in advance.

And now there is somethign better than GOOGLE
