Does anyone know exactly what 3 red lights on the Xbox 360 ring exactly means i looked on the site and it doesnt have an exact definition of what it is

It means hardware failure and whats causes those and how to fix them are differnt case by case generally it means you have to take it back or send it too microsoft.

maybe its just over heating. is the powerpack plugged into a power strip? thats usually whats wrong. if u plug it into the mains it shuld work. hope this is helpful

It isnt over heating, first off i already did the basic steps that the manuel instructs you to do about if your Xbox is overheating and also it hasnt been turned on for 3 days so... i seriously doubt that is it thanks for the input though im pretty sure its like what mercer said, it is probably a hardware problem
