hard mods on live?	Can't Post

Is it possible to get get hard mods on live? my friend mods and he claims he has hard mods, and he mods all the old maps in halo2 also, which isnt possible since a lil while ago.
can anyone clear this up?

you seem to have gotten you defintion of hard mods mixed up... a hard mod is a console modded with a chip... and the only way to get that on live is using a switch to turn off ya chip... also Halo2 modded maps will only work on live for soo long untill they ban you..

ugh. sprry. i must have worded myself wrong.
i kno hard mods aree a mod chip, i have one. and my friend claims he goes online with it.
and u can still mod even tho ur banned, its called custom GAMES.

he can go one with custom maps and modded maps.. the only way to get on with a mod chip in your Xbox is too turn it off... because the Xbox live with flash your chip other wise...

Yes.

My friend tore apart his Xbox, installed 3 hardmods, downloaded all the files for halo2. Installed them directly into his Xbox. He can play halo2 with no cd. And can use all his hard mods.

But i doubt "your" Friend did this. Seeing as i had to help my friend and it took a week.

3 hard mods.. what are you talkign about... theres only one Chip needed... he is running the game of his hardrive using evox or another dashboard. Also to be able to play onlnie you need a switch on the chip or a softmodded Xbox.. also theres no need to "tore apart" the Xbox

Did you just not understand what i said? He installed 3 hard mods. One, Mods 4 maps for Halo. One mods 9 more. And the last one is used to bridge himeself, I guess its. 2 Hard mods + Soft mod. Any way, to install halo2 into you Xbox hardrive you have to "jury" rig a cord to connect your pc into the Xbox hardrive, tear one open and you'll know what im talking about, hey force'fully drove the files into the hardrive. Yes, i play halo2 with him, i went to his house and all his stuff was strung out and connected with cords. I learned 80% of my modding, hacking, cheating, and cracking, from this man. Very skilled.

Edit: Oh and the first attempt, he fryed his Xbox LOL! I laughed at him, he didnt wear anti-shock wristbands, he was being a idiot. Lawl. He had to buy a new Xbox.!

HAHAHAHA... there not hard mods... there hacks to say the least... a hard mod is chip a phsical chip... and ghe will get banned if he play the proper servers using those hacks... and ripping the console apart wasnt needed to get halo 2 onto the hardrive... also dont tell me to tear one open.. i've opened hundreds of Xboxs,pcs,ps2s and gamecubes, also anti [Expletive Deleted] fact [Expletive Deleted] isnt needed just touch some grounded metal before you touch the console.

Not if you have a cracked, image iso, cd in your cd drive, its about 1mb big lawl, it tells Xbox live that halo2 is in the disk tray

im not a moron.. and the swearing wasnt needed... its quite pointless using a mini ISO on a Xbox because you would still need a dvd/cd... and you clearly know nothign about Xboxs... just because your friend modded an Xbox.. my friend studys Law... am i an exspert now?
