you need to put a pen in your floppy disk, extract the core (while keeping the second pen there) and drape it over the cd, this will return everything to a balanced state and undo most of the damage - then, quickly, pull both pens simultaneously, and they should slide right out. edit msconfig accordingly, and reboot.
