For those of us that weren't present when microsoft made this statement how do we prove this to a judge.A copy of the statement from microsoft is heresay.When people get tired of sending their console in every other week and asks microsoft to just refund their money,they'll hear "we don't do that". And if you take them to court and its been over 90 days your just S*^! out of luck.These things are just to unrelyable to cost that much without a better WRITTEN WARRANTY.Not a statement from microsoft people, a 1 year WRITTEN WARRANTY
