Shut up, it's the first one. I remember I never managed to leave it before my GBC was stolen. Only once, but my pikachu was without that tunder attack, so I lost to the pokemon trainer that challenges you on the exit of the city.

@arkanor - I mean the pokemon most easily found on the town, or city, w/e
