Computer help	Can't Post

my other computer just recently had a problem where it can't start up. everytime i recieve this message:

windows has encountered a problem and has shut down in order to prevent damage to your computer

if this is the first time you have seen this message, please restart your computer. if it happens again, try uninstalling any anti-virus, BLAH BLAH BLAH, and run CHKDSK /F.

i just turned it off. then i tried turning it back on a few moments later then i got this blue screen with the message.

System Recovery to when it last worked. Try it, it sometimes works.
