DirectX Issue with Soldat AND A completely unrelated .DLL Question Can't Post

Alright, Whenver I start up Soldat and I get to the spalsh page, I get two error messages as follows:

And

So I checked up on DxDiag, and I turned up no problems. I reinstalled DirectX 9, and then I reinstalled Soldat. I then found a newer driver for my video card and installed that with no problems. It's still not working. I followed the Windows troubleshooter and re-adjusted my refresh rate for my monitor.

Any ideas?

bye.

Turn off anti-aliasing. Do you use overclocking software?

I am running SOldat at the bare minimum, so anti-aliasing is off. I think If I tried to overclock my integrated card, my compter would explode. So no, I don't do that either. I noticed that this problem started happening just after I installed a Windows Update, something Windows wouldn't let me skip by. I never install updates because I like the addage "if ain't broke, don't fix it" thing.

bye.

Nah, but most onboard cards won't let you overclock 'em anyway.
