Help me get rid of viruses

Recently, someone in runescape said they were giving away FREE rs chars, and to add them on msn if anyone wanted. I added him, and he sent me his "password list". Scanning the file with both AVG 7.0 and Mcaffee found no viruses. I opened the file, and everything seemed ok, pictures of his chars stats, and usernames. There was an outwar file linking to his "passwords". Cautiosly I opened it, and nothing happened so immediately I scanned my whole PC with AVG and Mcaffee and It found some viruses...

They seem to have embedded themselves into my C:\_RESTORE folder under certain files, but ALL the spyware/antivirus programs I had got are unable to delete, and I cannot manually delete them even though I can access the file. I lost all me stuff on runescape, and I don't know what to do to get rid of them, without having to resort to the last straw, which is formatting my computer...
Any Ideas?
