MSconfig Question Can't Post

When you go into MSConfig and choose startup, can I just choose disable all, and my computer still work fine? Or is there something crucial there that needs to run? I would prefer just nothing load on startup that I don't really need. If I disable all, will my computer still function properly?

It's not, I've been using it for quite a while.
