I would think it would have more to do with the radiation system.

You should get a new heatsink system. Preferably liquid.

That's extremely expensive and requires constant maintenance. For someone who says "its fine but then it just gets noisey" I think that's a little out of league.

My CD-RW/DVD drive sounds like a jet plane when burning a CD. Deal with it.

...or, replace the noisy device. Or cut down on fans.

Funny, I have this awesome liquid cooling system that I haven't touched at all since I got it(almost one year now).

For 120,000KRW(Around 110USD) it isn't bad.

That's because I didn't buy it online like you lifeless freaks buy everything.

I threw away the box and the cooling unit itself only has the LG logo on it...

But I'm sure there are plenty like it...

Hey TBC.

This happened when I was playing around/looking inside my hard drive. I knocked something out of place without realising (I knocked the RAM card out of place) and it became very noisy.

Look inside your Hard Drive. See if anything is loose/fallen out.

Also check the little rubber stoppers on the bottom of the computer.
Last time I moved mine around, one of those fell off and it shook from side to side constantly.

If it's not a hardware issue, assuming you use windows, over time you're just opening more and more programs in the background, you're fans are adjusting to the increase in cpu activity (which results in more hear generated by it)

Even if you kill all the unnecesary processes running in the background, your fans might not return to their normal speed.

What I think he meant is that Something might be rattling on the inside.

Dude. RAM card? Hard drive. lolwtf

He's talking about the hard drive specifically, not his computer. Hard drives don't have "RAM cards."

I think what you ment was "looking inside your computer", but that very well could be the case if something fell out of place and is now rattling because it has no support.

Eh, someone who doesn't know anything about computers.

Example:

"Why do I need RAM? I'm not trying to break anything down."
"Look inside your hardrive."
"This 5300 Nvidia card is a beast."
"Did you know there's a directx 9?!"

Opening up the hard drive is a great idea, try it once, the dust that gets inside makes nice patterns on the disks.
