Problem in Biohazard Resident Evil 4	Can't Post

After I have installed the game from the DVD cd the icon appeared in the desktop.

When pressing the icon i get the error shown below

Could any one please help in what to do to solve it.

Note: I found a file install.exe after i installed the game in the C drive C:\Program Files\SACC - TDL\Biohazard Resident Evil/install.exe
After i press in it it asks for CD key
