Starcraft	Can't Post

My starcraft is a bit dodgy when it gets into battle net. When i press join the servers dont come up half the time so i have to press cancel adn then press join again...anyone know how to fix this?

It takes a while to make it work. I usually have to wait for a minute or two.

Is your CD key legal, because that might be a banned one.
