What the FUCK? Can't Post
I was on my laptop earlier today. I went to work, came back and then the VERY LOW DISK SPACE ON C:/

What the hell could've happened in that time frame to cause this? Is there anyway to fix it?

You could try deleting stuff on C:/

Maybe your computer tossed stuff into a cache or temp. files. If you only had a little bit of room left prior to you leaving for work... the drive could have filled up, but you may have never received a warning.

My pc has a D:/ backup scheduled onto my C every now and then. My D drive is bigger than my C. That'll do it.

You do realize that your D:\ drive is your CD/DVD drive. Therefore, it can't be bigger than your hard drive. If you mean the CD/DVD disk you had in was bigger than your harddrive, then you have a small harddrive. Biggest DVD disk, that I know of, is 4.7 GB

D:\ is only for your DVD on your computer. You change change the letter names of the drives.

And everything always degrades into name calling/use of vulgarities. Hence why I normally stick to sites specifically for programming/web design. On those sites, I get less people who want to insult users and more people who want to give help and discuss things. Rather than calling someone a noob (or implying it), they explain what was false in the previous person's post.

I was assuming that "PC Support's" main goal was to help others grow in their knowledge of computers, but I guess I was wrong. It is a place for pubescent teenager know-it-alls to flaunt themselves.

With that, I will avoid PC Support on this forum.

Two things learned:
1) You can change the name of the drives on Windows. (Which is quite interesting, because I did not know that)
2) You can't trust a gaming forum to have serious PC support.

Actually we do give serious support (look at this thread, there have been serious suggestions, even from me) but it just often gets watered down with jokes and flaming. Brings a bit of internet-drama into an otherwise boring subcategory of this forum.

Boxers is right here IMO. He posted what he thought was correct, he was wrong, and then you kinda took his incorrect answer to an extreme and started ribbing him. He 'took it like a man', admitting he was wrong, and learning from his mistake. You guys on the other hand pounded on him for making that mistake, apparently for the lulz. I don't see how being wrong about something constitutes you as an automatic self proclaimed know it all.
