Find a download of the Windows XP software that gives it in a .CUE or .BIN or .ISO files. These filetypes are CD images, so burn these files to a CD using a program like Clone CD or Nero. Then you can throw that disc into the drive and reinstall windows, without any of your documents or files. After a little more research, I found this, and you can just use that and take a snapshot of your drive as it is and re-load it every time. The downside of doing this is this that you lose all of your new documents each time you load the image.
