Windows format disc Can't Post

You know when you receive a PC from Dell, it automatically has a lot of software installed, but if you use a original Windows Format disc, you don't have any software installed.

Is there anyway I could make my own Windows format disc which would automatically install software?

Download a Windows '.CUE' or '.BIN' and burn it to a disc. Pop 'er in whenever you like.

Find a download of the Windows XP software that gives it in a .CUE or .BIN or .ISO files. These filetypes are CD images, so burn these files to a CD using a program like Clone CD or Nero. Then you can throw that disc into the drive and reinstall windows, without any of your documents or files.

After a little more research, I found this, and you can just use that and take a snapshot of your drive as it is and re-load it every time. The downside of doing this is this that you lose all of your new documents each time you load the image.

bye.

I'm asking a question.
Could I format my PC with a Windows format disc and have the Windows format disc automatically install the programs that I put in there?
