abit intel motherboard aw8-max reboot

Hi
I do have a prblem with my abit intel aw8-max motherboard.
It reboots itself, when I play a dvd or open a video (news msn) etc.
Sometimes it reboots if I am using the internet.
the case has a 400w power supply.
I was using nvidia gforce 6600 video card .
I changed it to ATI x700 the same comes that were build for ABIT.
It will do the same thing.
What should I do , the technician can figure it out.
Will very , but very appreciate advice what to do to solve the problem.
