Ok i bought a new comp and its a Emachines windows basic vista and I got qwest dsl but everytime i go to watch a video online i have to wait till its fully loaded up to wacht it and its really making me mad. My friend has a win xp with same internet but his is really fast and i dont get it. What can i do to so i dont have to wait for every single video to load up then watch it.
