my computer is not letting my copy and paste O.o

im sure it will fix itself if i reboot the computer,
but this happen to any of you guys before?

Yes, it happens to my XP as well if I don't reboot for 2-3 weeks. Like in your case if I reboot, it starts working again. Never bothered to check why but then with XP, machine should be rebooted more often than that.
