Looking for ps3 and xbox 360 game review writers.

So basically the heading speaks for itself.
What im looking for is 3-4 different reviewers. All of whom is willing to write for FREE. Each of the four writers will have a different category.
One shooter GAMES one sport GAMES etc etc.
Also you have to be willing to by brand new GAMES or hire brand new GAMES to review them.
You wont be asked to write many reviews a month.
