oi can some1 tell me what C++ is
is it a hack program thing coz my computer sometimes gets this pop up and its says something microsoft and like C++++ and wen i press ok or exit all my internet programs exit n stuff Crazy

so can some1 plz help me out thnx

C++ is a programming language, you probably got a messed up Windows installation, try re-installing Windows.
