Basic GD	Can't Post

There seems to be some dense mist hanging around some aspects of Graphic Design (well at least for me).

Could some educated people (such as Pit, anyone else) explain some details for me (and those anonymous people who are to scared to say they have no idea about most of it):

If we get this done we could sticky it for future use?

What is:

a sig/siggy (or signature)- Something you sign all your post off with (from MM Mercer)
a banner- The Image at the beginning of a website (usually with websites title)
an avatar/avvy-the picture you have with your user name.
a gif-and image that has multiple frames and cycle through them making it look like it is moving.
0/10 /"Its crap"-your Graphic Design sucks!

a render-
Brushes- Downloadable
a Tut (or tutorial)- and guide on how to make graphic design.

Photoshop- a (extremely over priced) graphic design software made by Adobe. Probably best on the market and has many useful tools (can by downloaded-http://www.adobe.com/downloads/).

Flash- a (extremely over priced) animation and web design application also made by Adobe. (downloaded for link above)

Paint- some crappy Microsoft software for basic picture editing.

Any more you can think of I will add.

Well (in your terminology!) I'm trying to aid those who have crappy foot/eye coordination, ok!
