You'll have to already have each individual frame that you need (in picture form) and import them into the program. From there you can reorder the images, adjust their times, add effects, etc.

It was a creed, written in the founding documents...

Look for torrents and open them with Bitcomet and wait for the download to be ready. Always download the torrents with the most seeds.

I have uTorrent but the again, I don't know how to use it.

Is it like, download and save a torrent then go to uTorrent, click "open" (or something related to open) and stuff? And when it's ready what I do?

Don't save the torrent file, just open with.... and choose uTorrent.
