When doing an eye manipulation, you have to be REALLY REALLY REALLY careful when picking the picture of the eye. For this specific image, you picked the wrong one. You actually did an excellent job with the eye, but it's the thing that is dragging it down (Along with the badly placed starfish D:). The lighting is excellent, but I get distracted a little by the eyebrow. If you have any desires to do another one of these types of things I suggest you take a peek at this otstanding tutorial.

I know, but it was something I threw together in about 30 minutes to test out modes and other stuff. So I wanted to make it fun. There was a little spot of foilage missing in the upper right corner so I stretched the layer a little to cover that, it would've been extremely distracting. I just threw the starfish on there because of the eyebrow being distracting, but I guess that failed and made it even more distracting. I saw that tutorial before, the results are gorgeous.

I'm going to make this thing, and if it's successful, I'll most likely post it. :]

Good work, although I think the Magnatude ( Adobe Illustrator! ) is too high IMO.
