I don't know any in particular but I just search for random ones when I need to optimize my gifs.

I took out every other frame. So it's twice as fast. I could have cut the framerate in half, but it looks more choppy. Personally I think it's better when it's fast.

Even though it's already figured out, there's usually some programs you can download that lowers the file size by changing the quality of the actual image.
