You can run it as a PNG...that's ok...those can be used on the internet.

I tried and it wouldnt change....it only showed one image of it its supposed to change.

If you've got adobe imageready then open the file in that, and save optimized as...

Yeah, download a FREE version of Photoshop 7.0 (because I think the Imageready in photoshop 8.0 is screwed, lol) Then open Imageready and click File>open and open it.
