I need a 2D Sprite Artist for a ORPG. Can't Post
Ok I will try not to type as much this time so I'll make it blunt, I need a sprite artist that can do atleast gba quality sprites, its for truelife I have discovered the my system works alot better with higher quality sprites. Well I can't pay you but you will be part of the Federal Bureau of Adminastration(aka a admin). Thx for reading my thread.

What stage are you at in designing\completing your game?
I'm not making\giving any sprites unless I know they're going to be used. Alot of people here saying they are starting an ORPG don't know how they're going to do it.

        By starting I have everything accept the mobility, but I know how to get that done, and collision and such. You probaly know that you need the images to start a game with movement similar to the zelda series, or FREE Movement.

I hope that helped, I really need a artist I mean i'm a one man team.

Well i'm not really good, but I can attempt 0.o
What size do they have to be? And just wondering how are you making this game? Through an engine (Like Player Worlds) or programming language (Like Java)?

Oh and of cource don't forget the most important detail: What are they supposed to look like? Tongue

Well first off I'm making this from scratch using direct x in Visual Basic. Second the character sprite should fit 34x64. So objects will have to look sensible next to the character.
Oh and you dont have to be a expert, I'm learning from this project, if you make the cut you'll learn alot too.

Well, hmm..
Try this out: http://www.charas-project.net/
It can make pretty interesting things.. I'm going to have a go at making some things (Because of cource, the things made will need to be resized so they don't look crap, etc.)
I'll try to make some by hand (Mouse) too, but i'm not very good. You might want to get another graphic designer.

EDIT: Here is one guy.. If you like i'll give the whole frameset.

I was looking at that site and I looked at the online tutorial and I liked that tallest figure, i might look at it and try that site, thx for the resource, also I might make the character to match that one guy so you don't have to stretch so much. Well thx, I am hoping to see some more post with your work.
