Ok, this was my fourth day owning Photoshop, so I decided to make a piece mostly experimental. I fiddled around with the brush and smudge tools, and this was the finished result!

What d'ya guys think?

You should save this image, and when you learn how to make good glass-looking effects, make the pillar in the center, and it's base glassy.

For a day 4 photoshopper I give you 11/10 because of innovation, and you can certainly still use it later, to amaze people.

id say 9/10 cause it looks like an eye ecsaping from bolt lol. other than that it look pretty nice.
