I'm not sure really......I don't think it's that great but I also don't want to give it too low a score.

I'm pritty sure he had to edit it quite a bit, info from his and SMI's posts.
So he didn't just add text........

could of easily be done with Paint.

Ha ha, first off I made the background with PHotoshop, then I put a 73% pattern over it with photoshop, made the shapes with the shape tool and added text then stroked, beveled the text. So no, it could not be done with paint.
