Good background texture...text is...not right...it's too spiky for the general base. Ue more of a dirt looking text, then put some dimension on the background (filter>render>lighting effects)

:\ worse...think about a dirty looking text...very grunge...not punk. Also, play with the layer properties of it...click the layer, then above the layers, in that same menu...it says "normal". Change that around...you'll get to know what each one does.
