i want one like that guy PE and STH warning have, but i want mine to be blue, or maybe green, can some one help me out?Tongue or can some one just make a whole different one for me??? ( gif is ok too )

That wouldn't even be that hard.. Just grab photoshop and use the Hue\Saturation tool..
