The color just screams rust to me.

Instead of a planet I see the hole in the middle of a huge gear that you can't see the spokes to.

Text sucks, border sucks, noise sucks :) 3/10 IMO, I don't like it very much.
I hope you don't say that because you don't like him, because YOUR post sucks.

Anyways:

I think you can work on the text a bit more, somehow make it flow with the picture, and it looks a little plain. I can't really notice the border either.
