You need some kind of border, the text needs:
A. Better placement
B. Better font
C. Blend it a bit

I don't know how much work you did on the background, but it looks pretty nice. I would blur the render a tiny bit, but it's fine without. Hah, I'm capable of giving serious c&c, even to you.

The Witchking of Angmar isn't celtic, duh. Sure it's a nice font, but it has to fit with the picture. Something a bit more aggressive would be better. And you shure act the hell like skanky.
