If I understand, you're looking for a TLD, right?

Well, the best TLD (referal) I can find, is co.nr.

You can enable, or disable cloaking (personally, I hate cloaking).

The only consequence of this, is you have to place a little add on it (it's really small, no need to worry about it) on your main page. Just throw it at the bottom under an 'Our Sponsors' Category.

There is 'dot.tk' but I've never really liked them, and they have a horrible referal page.

(Note: This is NOT FREE hosting, this is simply FREE TLD refering. In my opinion, the best host is

Yet, you need 50 posts in their forums to get a basic plan. If you want something, 'FREE
Than I say Cjb.cc

You get a horrible domain name (with no 'www' and it ends in cc), yet using co.nr as a referal, your website will be great).

And, since Co.Nr is kind of obscure, there are a lot of names out there.
