Disabling a player	Can't Post

How would I disable a player of all commands so they can't teleport with ::saveme or anything. Pretty much they can't do anything but talk. Help me out? Thanks.

I have a teleblock command that completely blocks all teleportation its in one of the sources on my comp I will find it and post it once I find
