Need help making a program like TSEARCH

Well, what I'm basicly trying to do is make tsearch less complicated (not that it really is), maybe in other words "simplify" it.
Instead of opening up a process we could just have the drag and drop icon , where u drag it to the program or window you are using.
well i made a rough picture that could be used to help with the programs features, if anyone could help with this could you post here or PM me?
